This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Support Executive. The Customer Support Executive will be responsible for providing online and technical support to customers, ensuring customer satisfaction, and providing excellent customer service to all clients.

Qualifications

  • Customer Support, Online Support, and Technical Support skills
  • Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills
  • Familiarity with CRM software
  • Excellent communication and listening skills
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Experience in a similar role is a plus
