Job Description
Cyber System is a leading US-based healthcare IT company expanding its operations in Lahore. We are looking for a Customer Support Executive to provide online support and ensure customer satisfaction.
Role Description:
- Answering inbound video calls
- Scheduling patient appointments
- Eligibility verification and appointment reminders
- Maintaining customer relationships
Requirements:
- Fluent English
- Computer literacy (MS Office)
- Online support and excellent communication skills
- Patience, empathy, and multitasking abilities
Salary & Benefits:
- Salary: 50,00/- to 60,00/-
- Bonuses, medical insurance, annual increments, and more
Working Timings:
- Timings: 05:00pm to 02:00am (Monday to Saturday)
