Job Description

  • Deliver exceptional customer service by responding to queries in real-time, troubleshooting problems, and ensuring a positive customer experience via chat.
  • Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies.
  • Assist customers in navigating our platform, troubleshooting problems, and resolving technical issues.
  • Collaborate with other team members to escalate complex issues and ensure swift resolution.
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by consistently meeting and exceeding customer expectations.
  • Keep accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
  • Stay informed about product updates, promotions, and company policies to provide relevant information to customers.
  • Continuously improve knowledge and skills through training sessions and staying updated on industry trends.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Chat support or a related field.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to handle customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism and empathy.
  • Flexibility to work in rotational shifts, providing support to our customers around the clock.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to finding solutions.
  • Ability to remain calm and composed in high-pressure situations.
  • Basic technical knowledge and the ability to troubleshoot common issues.
  • Customer-centric attitude with a focus on providing excellent service.
