Job Description
Join Digitech Outsourcing Solution as a Customer Support Executive! In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Answering customer service inquiries via email, live chat, and phone calls.
- Responding to service inquiries, complaints, and daily processes.
- Attending trainings and team meetings.
- Collaborating with team members and ensuring coverage across shifts.
We require candidates with:
- Strong English writing and speaking skills.
- Ability to type quickly and learn new systems.
Compensation ranges from Rs. 75,00 to Rs. 80,00 per month with additional benefits.
