Job Description
At Digitech Outsourcing Solution, we are an inbound customer service provider, serving clients across the US, Canada, and Europe. We operate 24/7 and are seeking motivated candidates with prior inbound CSR experience, preferably in US or UK campaigns.
Job Responsibilities:
- Answer customer inquiries via email, live chat, and phone.
- Handle service inquiries, complaints, and daily processes.
- Participate in training and team meetings.
- Collaborate with team members to provide support.
- Adapt to various shift schedules.
Compensation: Rs. 65,00 to Rs. 80,00 per month + bonuses.
