Job Description:
Join our UK-based project team as a Customer Support Executive. This role requires strong communication skills with a UK accent, dedication to exceptional customer support, and working from 12 PM to 11 PM. Responsibilities include handling inquiries, providing product information, troubleshooting, and maintaining customer records.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
- Provide product information and address customer queries.
- Recommend suitable products or services based on customer needs.
- Resolve product-related issues and maintain accurate records.
- Collaborate with the sales team and ensure customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Previous customer support experience preferred.
- Excellent communication skills with a UK accent.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in CRM software and customer service tools.
