Job Description
HRSG Outsourcing (Pvt.) Ltd is seeking a dedicated Customer Support Executive to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing a team of customer service representatives, overseeing the entire customer service process, and resolving customer complaints efficiently. You will also create policies, plan training, and ensure consistent service delivery.
