Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide prompt and professional responses to customer inquiries via chat.
- Handle multiple chat sessions simultaneously, ensuring timely and accurate responses.
- Resolve customer issues efficiently, escalating complex problems when necessary.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of products, services, and policies for accurate customer support.
- Document customer interactions and update records in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance customer service processes.
- Stay updated on product changes and industry developments for informed support.
Qualifications:
- Spoken English proficiency at B-2 and C-1 levels.
- Minimum Intermediate Degree.
- Excellent written communication skills focusing on clarity and customer satisfaction.
- Previous experience in customer support, preferably in chat support.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think quickly under pressure.
- High level of empathy and patience with customers.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and chat support software is a plus.
