If you are passionate about delivering exceptional customer service, are fluent in English, and have the enthusiasm to assist customers and provide them with a seamless experience, we want you to be a part of our growing team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide outstanding customer support through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat.
  • Collaborate closely with the development team to ensure the delivery of timely solutions and to meet project deadlines.
  • Conduct product demonstrations for potential clients and assist in onboarding new customers.
  • Schedule and participate in meetings with clients to understand their needs and offer customized solutions.
  • Proactively address customer issues and inquiries promptly and efficiently.

Qualifications:

  • Strong command of the English language, both written and spoken.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A minimum of 10 months of prior customer support or service experience.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to different customer support tools and processes.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is a plus.
