If you are passionate about delivering exceptional customer service, are fluent in English, and have the enthusiasm to assist customers and provide them with a seamless experience, we want you to be a part of our growing team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide outstanding customer support through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat.
- Collaborate closely with the development team to ensure the delivery of timely solutions and to meet project deadlines.
- Conduct product demonstrations for potential clients and assist in onboarding new customers.
- Schedule and participate in meetings with clients to understand their needs and offer customized solutions.
- Proactively address customer issues and inquiries promptly and efficiently.
Qualifications:
- Strong command of the English language, both written and spoken.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- A minimum of 10 months of prior customer support or service experience.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to different customer support tools and processes.
