Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Customer Support Executive to join our team at M3 Technologies Pakistan (Private) Limited. The role involves resolving financial complaints, managing account activities, executing broadcasting campaigns, and maintaining communication standards.

Responsibilities:

  • Address and resolve financial complaints promptly.
  • Assist clients with account activities and bundles.
  • Support clients with account activation and product demos.
  • Coordinate and execute broadcasting campaigns accurately.
  • Prepare necessary documents and maintain records.
  • Process Mobile Number Portability requests efficiently.
  • Complete tasks within deadlines with high accuracy.
  • Maintain professional communication with teams and clients.
  • Customer-focused with a proactive approach.

Requirement:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Experience in customer support, preferably in tech.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and customer support software.

Female candidates are preferred for this role.

Job Timings: 9 AM to 6 PM

Location: Clifton Block 8, Karachi
