We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Customer Support Executive to join our team in Islamabad. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a seamless shopping experience.
Your role will involve:
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues related to orders, payments, shipping, and returns.
- Coordinate with respective team members to stay up-to-date with order details, queries, payments, refunds, and orders.
- Implement and maintain effective customer service processes, including live chat, email, and phone support.
- Monitor and respond to customer queries through social media channels.
- Track and analyze customer reviews and feedback to identify areas for improvement and implement changes.
- Accurately document daily customer orders and interactions, including details like refunds, size issues, exchanges, and payments, in an Excel sheet for comprehensive reporting.
- Maintain a positive attitude at all times when handling customer queries to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
