CUSTOMER SUPPORT EXECUTIVE
Responsibilities
- Handle Queries, Requests, and Complaints tactfully.
- Follow standard procedures to provide solutions.
- Ensure end-to-end resolution for customers.
- Improve customer experience and engagement.
- Handle objections and customer pushback effectively.
Qualifications
- Native or bilingual English skills
- A-Levels/Intermediate qualification
- Empathy with users
- Strong communication skills
- Detail-oriented
Other Details:
- Salary: PKR 60,00/month
- 6 working days per week
