Role Description:
This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Support Executive in Lahore, Pakistan. The Customer Support Executive will be responsible for providing online support, customer service, and technical support to our customers. The role requires an individual with exceptional communication and analytical skills to handle customer queries and complaints.
Qualifications:
- Customer support experience with excellent customer service skills
- Ability to solve customer problems and provide solutions in a timely manner
- Experience in online support and technical support
- Ability to handle customer complaints with empathy and patience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently
- Knowledge of skincare products and the skincare industry is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field will be preferred
