Job Description
Orior Skincare & Cosmetics is seeking a Customer Support Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will respond promptly to customer inquiries via WhatsApp and email, provide accurate product information, handle complaints with professionalism, and manage orders effectively.

- Excellent communication skills in English and Urdu.
- 1-2 years of customer service experience preferred.
- Strong problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to multitask and manage time.
