Job Description
We are seeking a Customer Support Executive for our DHA Phase 2 Ext, Karachi office. You will manage phone, email, and chat inquiries, provide product, pricing, and availability information, and resolve customer complaints professionally and efficiently.
- Requirements: fluent spoken English, 2+ years of international customer support experience, strong multitasking skills, and excellent phone etiquette.
- Schedule: evening/night shifts; five days per week; full-time; in-person.
- Compensation: Rs55,00–Rs75,00/month. Benefits include insurance, EOBI, transportation, and performance-based raises.
