Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers through phone, email, and chat.
- Provide precise information regarding product availability and pricing.
- Resolve customer complaints while delivering effective solutions.
Required Qualifications: Proficiency in English, a minimum of 2 years of experience, and excellent multitasking abilities.
Employee Benefits: Health insurance, performance-based salary increments, and transportation allowances.
Position Details: Evening/Night shifts, 5 days a week, based in Karachi. Salary ranges from Rs55,00 to Rs75,00 per month.
