Organization: Planlab Solutions
Location: Model Town Link Road, Lahore
Shift: Night Shift (9 hours)
Compensation: Rs35,00.00 – Rs65,00.00 per month, based on experience
Qualifications:
- Proficient in spoken and written English
- Experience with CRM platforms
- Minimum 2 years in customer support
- Available for night shifts
Responsibilities:
- Handle queries via email, live chat, and calls
- Manage and train subordinates
