The Customer Support Executive will provide online support, handle customer inquiries, and offer technical support. Responsibilities include remote software training, addressing complaints, and maintaining product knowledge.

Required Skills:

2-3 years of client communication experience, excellent English communication skills, proficiency in Live Chat, Email & Call interactions, and familiarity with office software and web technologies.
