Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Manage client inquiries and resolve issues via live chat, phone, and email, ensuring precision and attention to detail within the CRM system.
- Escalate complex issues to specialized teams using Salesforce or Jira as appropriate.
- Keep clients informed of the status of their requests.
- Conduct hourly verifications of client-submitted documents.
- Prepare and interpret reports and documentation with accuracy and thoroughness as required by the role.
- Develop a solid understanding of company functions and roles by attending company seminars and meeting assessment requirements.
- Meet or exceed quarterly KPI targets as set by the customer support manager.
- Execute additional tasks as assigned by the customer support manager.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer service-related position.
- Strong communication skills in English.
- Excellent client-facing and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in troubleshooting and managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Customer service-oriented mindset.
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in business administration or a related field.
- Self-motivated and dependable individual with a strong sense of responsibility.
