Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage inbound customer complaints and technical inquiries.
- Make outbound calls to respond to queries from our website and social media accounts.
- Create and oversee new service tickets.
- Assist customers with billing-related questions.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure accurate handling of all customer inquiries.
Requirements:
- One year of experience in the US market is preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Business Administration.
- Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of ZOHO CRM is an advantage.
- High energy and a strong desire to learn.
Location: Masood Arcade, IJP Road, Islamabad. Shift: 6 PM – 2 AM or 7 PM – 3 AM. Salary: Rs 40,00 – Rs 50,00 per month.
