Schack Tech is seeking a Customer Service Executive who is motivated and energetic, located in North Nazimabad, Karachi. This onsite role requires shift timings from 10:00 am to 07:00 pm.
Role Description:
- Manage calls and chats efficiently
- Identify customer needs and build relationships
- Provide accurate information and meet service targets
- Excellent English language skills and computer proficiency
- Problem-solving abilities and patience
