Job Description
Are you skilled in English communication? Sourcecode Software House is seeking enthusiastic Customer Support Representatives to become part of our dynamic team!
Location: PECHS Block 3, Tariq Road
Shift Timings: 12 PM to 9 PM & 9 PM to 6 AM
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional support through phone, email, and chat.
- Efficiently resolve customer inquiries and concerns.
- Maintain precise customer records.
- Collaborate effectively to troubleshoot complex issues.
Qualifications: Applicants must possess strong communication skills, previous customer service experience, and the ability to multitask effectively.
