Job Description
We are seeking an experienced client servicing executive with excellent expertise in the US accent to join our team at TopSpot. The ideal candidate will handle client inquiries, concerns, and complaints professionally, collaborating with departments to meet client needs and providing updates to management. Responsibilities may extend to other operations as well.
Key Responsibilities:
- Cultivating relationships with clients through exceptional after-sales service
- Creating positive onboarding experiences for new clients
- Interacting regularly with clients via phone and email
- Maintaining accurate client records
- Responding to inquiries promptly
- Training and guiding client service employees
- Organizing seminars for clients to maximize product benefits
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in business or related field
- Excellent communication skills with a US accent
- Prior experience as a client servicing executive
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Familiarity with CRM software
- Ability to thrive under pressure
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Effective problem-solving and customer service skills
