Job Description
Khan Digital Agency is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to provide exceptional support via chat and email. In this role, you’ll assist customers by answering queries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries through chat and email.
- Resolve issues quickly and accurately.
- Maintain product knowledge to assist customers.
- Record and track customer interactions.
- Collaborate with the team to tackle complex issues.
Requirements:
- Strong written communication skills.
- Previous customer service experience (chat/email preferred).
- Tech-savvy and comfortable with digital tools.
- Empathy and patience with customers.
Location: SP Chamber, Habib Bank Chowrangi Site Area, Karachi
Shift Timing: 10 AM to 7 PM
Salary: Rs 25,00 to Rs 30,00 per month
