Job Description
Hello Candidates,
Lelani Telecom is seeking skilled candidates with exceptional communication abilities and a talent for Cold Calling.
Campaigns:
- Appointment Fixing
- Lead Generation
- Real Estate
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assist customers by answering their questions and providing solutions.
- Handle dissatisfied customers with patience and support.
- Inform clients about new products, services, and policies.
- Guide customers through troubleshooting and product usage.
- Review accounts and provide updates on billing and services.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance customer service.
Working Hours: 7PM-4AM, Weekends off
Compensation: Rs80,00 – Rs120,00 per month
Location: Lahore (Relocation required)
Language Requirement: English (Required)
