Job Description
Iylus is a prominent company specializing in smart home and business security solutions based in Islamabad. We are currently seeking a talented resource for the position of Customer Support & Monitoring Agent.
Designation: Customer Support & Monitoring Agent
Shift: Positions available in Morning, Evening, and Night Shifts
Type of Job: Onsite, full time
Location: Gulberg Green, Islamabad
Salary & Perks to be offered:

Relocation:
- Candidates must be willing to work the shift mentioned above, living close to the work location or willing to relocate, and must be able to use their own transport for traveling to and from the work location.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors or above
Experience:
- 1-2 years of CSR experience will be preferred. Fresh candidates may also apply.
- Good working skills on the computer
- Good verbal and written English communication skills.
Brief Job Responsibilities:
– Handling customers via Inbound/Outbound Calls, Chats, and Email
– Identifying and evaluating customers’ needs to deliver satisfaction
– Providing accurate, valid, and comprehensive information
– Managing customer complaints, providing proper solutions and options within the time limits
– Following up with the concerned department to secure resolution
– Reviewing customer complaints, concerns, and seeking to improve the customer experience
– Promoting the value of the product
– Following communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
– Ensuring customer satisfaction and providing professional customer support
– Going the extra mile to engage customers
– Verifying data, geographic location, and other important information and details
– Responding to reports within specified time frames
– Investigating incidents and checking their validity
– Maintaining an activity log and preparing reports
– Adhering to company policies and legal regulations
– Any other task assigned by the HOD relevant to the position
