Job Description
Join our team at 365 Care Group Private Limited as a Customer Support Officer located in Gulberg 3, Lahore. We offer a competitive salary ranging from Rs. 40,00 to 50,00. Full-time positions are available for both morning (11:00 a.m. – 11:00 p.m.) and night shifts (11:00 p.m. – 11:00 a.m.) over five working days.
In this role, you will manage daily Control Room Operations, assist employees with troubleshooting, and maintain the Roster Management System while addressing priority issues. Strong English communication skills and attention to detail are essential. A Bachelor’s degree is preferred, and candidates with 0-1 year of experience are encouraged to apply. Comprehensive training will be provided.
