Job Description:
- Handle customer calls following established procedures, ensuring a high-quality customer experience throughout the journey.
- Address and resolve customer concerns promptly, offering appropriate solutions to optimize satisfaction.
- Maintain a comprehensive understanding of products and services, providing accurate information to customers.
- Utilize the CRM system to document detailed records of customer interactions, inquiries, and resolutions.
- Gather customer feedback to contribute to the continuous improvement of products, services, and customer support processes while adhering to quality guidelines.
Must Haves:
- Minimum Bachelor’s or above
- Excellent Written and Verbal English communication
