Job Description
As a Customer Support Specialist at Qureos, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, providing swift and effective solutions to their inquiries and issues. Your role is crucial in maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction through exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.

Qualifications:
