Job Description
365 Care Private Limited is seeking a dedicated Customer Support Representative to join our team. In this role, you will perform daily Control Room Operations, handle employee calls, and provide accurate solutions to their queries and concerns. You’ll guide callers through troubleshooting and updating employee duty times via our Roster Management System.
Preferred qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree and at least 1 year of customer care experience. Strong English communication skills, attention to detail, and professionalism are essential.
Salary ranges from Rs40,00.00 to Rs50,00.00 per month.
