Job Description
365 Care Private Limited is seeking a motivated Customer Support Representative to join our dynamic team in Gulberg 3, Lahore. This full-time, on-site position involves providing technical support and handling both inbound and outbound calls to ensure outstanding customer service.
Responsibilities include:
- Professionally responding to customer inquiries.
- Assisting customers via calls and offering effective solutions.
- Accurately updating customer information.
- Meeting performance targets while adhering to company policies.
Requirements:
- Strong communication skills.
- Prior experience in customer service is preferred.
