Job Description
At-Desk PVT LTD is on the lookout for a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Support Representative to become a vital part of our dynamic team located in Bahadurabad, Karachi. In this role, you will assist our customer service department in the UK by handling both inbound and outbound calls, engaging with customers through voice and chat, identifying their needs, and maintaining well-organized records.
The ideal candidate should possess a background in international call centers, demonstrate excellent communication skills, exhibit multitasking capabilities, and have a strong command of computer applications. This full-time position offers a competitive salary ranging from Rs40,00.00 to Rs45,00.00 per month.
