Job Description
Authornate is seeking enthusiastic candidates for the Customer Service Specialist position in its Graphics Department.
The ideal candidate will be passionate about providing excellent customer support, possess strong communication and problem-solving skills, and play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction and success.
Location: Sector G-13/4, Islamabad.
Timings: 9:00am – 5:30pm.
Responsibilities:
- Proficiency & fluency in English language.
- Respond to customer inquiries via chat & call with accurate and helpful information.
- Resolve customer complaints, find effective solutions, and maintain a positive attitude.
- Meet and exceed customer satisfaction targets.
- Identify trends in customer feedback for process improvements.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Proficiency & fluency in English with clear communication.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a customer-focused mindset.
- Customer service experience is mandatory.
- Proficiency in customer service software and CRM systems is a bonus.
- Familiarity with freelancing platforms like Fiverr.
Salary: Starting at 50,00 /Month (Depending on Experience).
