Job Description
Authornate Private Limited is seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our Graphics Department as Customer Service Representatives. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing excellent support, exceptional communication, and strong problem-solving skills.
Location: Sector G-13/4, Islamabad
Timings: Monday – Saturday (9:00 am – 5:30 pm)
Responsibilities include responding to inquiries, resolving complaints, and identifying areas for improvement. Candidates with a customer service background, preferably with 3 years of experience, are encouraged to apply. Knowledge of graphic design and freelancing platforms like Fiverr is a plus.
Salary starts at Rs50,00/month, based on experience. This is a full-time, on-site position.
