Job Description
We are looking for a Customer Support Representative to join ChatPandas. In this role, you will respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat with professionalism and promptness. Your responsibilities include providing product information, resolving complaints, and escalating complex issues to the appropriate department.
Experience: At least 1 year in customer service with strong communication skills and basic English proficiency. Familiarity with customer service software is required.
Details: This is a full-time position at GITMIT Co-Working Space, Gulberg 3, with evening/night shifts covering 9 hours a day, 6 days a week, offering a salary of up to Rs100,00.00 per month.
