We are currently looking for a Customer Support Representative based in Islāmābād, Pakistan.
Role Description
The primary responsibilities include handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining customer satisfaction. Also, troubleshooting technical problems and ensuring effective communication with customers.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in spoken English
- Completed 1-month training program at NSTP, NUST Islamabad
- Willingness to work night shifts from home
Qualifications:
- Customer service and support skills
- Excellent communication and troubleshooting abilities
- Experience in maintaining high customer satisfaction
- Team player with strong attention to detail
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
- Background in healthcare or technology industry is a plus
