Job Description:
Engage with customers through various channels, providing accurate information about our services. Manage quotations and scheduling while documenting interactions in our CRM. Collaborate with team members for seamless service and present reports as needed.
Requirements:
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
- Proficiency in social media and CRM.
- Ability to multitask and handle various customer channels.
- 1 year of call center experience required.
- Intermediate education mandatory; Bachelor’s preferred.
- Fluent in English.
