Job Description
Compass Training and Consultancy seeks an experienced in-person Customer Support Representative based at Arfa Karim Towers. Shift: 2:00 PM–11:00 PM. Compensation: up to Rs 200,00/month.
- Handle customer inquiries via live chat, phone, and email; manage orders, returns, and product questions.
- Conduct outbound follow-ups, accurately log interactions in CRM, and escalate unresolved issues.
- Deliver consistent, five-star service in a collaborative full-time environment.
- Requirements: Bachelor’s degree; minimum 4 years e-commerce customer service experience with international (UK, US) customers; fluent written and spoken English; strong computer and multi-channel support skills; detail-oriented and proactive.
