Job Description
Comtanix, a rapidly expanding BPO (not a call center) located in Bahria Town, Phase 8, Rawalpindi, is seeking skilled Customer Support Representatives. Ideal candidates will possess excellent verbal and written communication abilities and are comfortable interacting with customers in the USA.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls and send emails to engage with customers.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Maintain a robust pipeline of prospects.
- Utilize CRM systems to monitor sales activities.
- Meet quarterly sales targets.
Requirements: A Bachelor’s degree, proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems, and fluency in English are essential.
Compensation: Rs50,00.00 – Rs70,00.00 per month. Shift: 7 PM – 4 AM.
