Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a strong commitment to customer satisfaction, and the ability to handle inquiries and issues with professionalism and efficiency. As a CSR, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a positive experience for our valued customers.

Responsibilities:

  • Customer Interaction: Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat.
  • Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies.
  • Resolve customer issues, concerns, and complaints with empathy and efficiency.
  • Communication Skills: Demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills to ensure effective interaction with customers.
  • Document customer interactions and maintain thorough and accurate records.
  • Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve customer problems, ensuring a positive resolution.
  • Collaborate with other departments to address complex customer issues.
  • Product Knowledge: Acquire and maintain in-depth knowledge of the company’s products and services.
  • Assist customers with product selection and provide relevant information.
  • Certification in HTML and WordPress would be a plus.

Educational Requirement: M.A./B.A./BBA

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: Rs32,00.00 – Rs60,00.00 per month
