Job Description
GSG Technology Co, a US-based Corporate Culture Company, is seeking a Customer Care Professional for our Lahore, Pakistan office. In this role, you will make outbound calls to assist customers, address inquiries, and provide effective solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct calls to meet client requirements.
- Maintain client records and schedule appointments.
- Build strong client relationships with exceptional service.
- Utilize various software and tools proficiently.
- Meet key performance metrics while offering excellent customer service.
- Engage in training to enhance your skills.
- Exhibit strong communication abilities.
Compensation: Rs40,00 – Rs65,00 per month (Basic Salary + Commission).
Nights: 6 PM – 3 AM PST. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
