Job Description
Haptic Outsource Pvt Ltd is looking for a dedicated and customer-oriented team member to oversee taxi bookings and coordinate our drivers. This position involves responding to customer inquiries, booking rides using our dispatch software, and tracking driver locations to ensure timely service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver outstanding customer service.
- Manage ride bookings in the dispatch software.
- Assign bookings to nearby drivers efficiently.
- Monitor driver locations in real-time.
- Address and resolve issues proactively.
Salary: Rs300.00 – Rs400.00 per hour
