Job Description
We are hiring Male & Female Customer Support Representatives to join our team at HDH Telecommunications. In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Contacting medical insurance providers to verify patient eligibility.
- Assisting patients by scheduling appointments with doctors.
- Following up with doctors for document submission and chasing required paperwork.
- Acting on behalf of patients to ensure smooth coordination and timely service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Communicate with medical insurance companies to verify and process patient eligibility.
- Schedule appointments for patients with healthcare providers.
- Manage follow-ups with doctors for necessary documents and ensure timely submission.
- Maintain detailed records of interactions with insurance providers and healthcare professionals.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal).
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior experience in customer service, especially in healthcare or insurance, is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
