Hurak is a leading EdTech company offering online compliance training in the UK. With over 12 years of industry experience, we are now expanding globally. Currently, we are seeking a Customer Support Representative.
Position Title: Customer Support Representative
Timing: 12:30 PM to 9:30 PM
Location: DHA Phase 6 Lahore
Job Type: On-Site
Responsibilities
- Handle customer queries, requests, and complaints tactfully.
- Follow standard processes for efficient solutions.
- Ensure superior customer service and end-to-end issue resolution.
- Achieve high customer engagement and experience improvement.
- Overcome objections and pushbacks effectively.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or relevant work experience
- Proficient in both written and verbal English
- 1+ year experience preferred, freshers welcome
- Positive can-do attitude
