Position Title: Customer Support Representative
Working Hours: 1:30 PM to 10:30 PM
Location: DHA Phase 6 Lahore
Job Type: On-Site
Responsibilities:
- Manage customer queries with tact.
- Follow processes for effective solutions.
- Ensure superior customer experience.
- Handle objections confidently.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience.
- Proficient in spoken and written English.
- 1+ years of experience preferred; freshers welcome.
- Positive, can-do attitude.
Pay: Rs70,00 – Rs85,00 per month
