Job Description
Job Title: Customer Support Representative
We are looking for a skilled Customer Support Representative for E-Commerce Stores on Amazon and Etsy with excellent communication skills and good IT knowledge. This position is based in Lahore office only, with two available shifts: 5 PM to 2 AM and 2 AM to 11 AM.
Key Responsibilities:
- Data Entry to Google Sheets
- Designing/Modifying Designs on Canva
- Chat Support with Customers
