Job Description
Infinity Warriors is seeking a driven and highly-motivated Customer Support Representative to join our sales team for the night shift. In this role, you will contact potential leads, generate interest in our products and services, and set up appointments for our sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound cold calls to prospective clients.
- Qualify leads and provide appropriate solutions.
- Set up meetings for senior sales representatives.
- Maintain records in our CRM.
- Achieve targets and follow up with clients.
Requirements:
- Proven cold calling experience.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Proficiency in CRM and Microsoft Office.
- Willingness to work 6 PM to 3 AM.
