Responsibilities: Providing exceptional customer support, effective communication, issue resolution, collaboration, and maintaining accuracy in information.
Qualifications: Experience in Customer Support, strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, organizational skills, attention to detail, travel industry experience, and preferable American accent.
Shift Timings: 9 PM PKT to 6 AM PKT, 6 days a week (Monday to Saturday)
