Role Description: We are seeking a dedicated Customer Support Representative to join our team in Lahore. You will provide exceptional customer support, ensuring satisfaction through effective communication and issue resolution. Our expert travel industry advisors are available 365 days a year to assist our members with their vacation needs.
Responsibilities: – Provide outstanding customer support – Communicate effectively with customers – Troubleshoot and resolve issues promptly – Collaborate with team members – Maintain organizational and time management skills – Pay attention to detail
Qualifications: – Experience in Customer Support – Excellent communication skills – Strong problem-solving abilities – Ability to work in a team – Organizational skills and attention to detail – Travel industry experience is a plus
Shift Timings: – 9 PM PKT to 6 AM PKT, 6 days a week(Mon to Sat) – Market Competitive Salary
