Job Description
Logix Solutions is pleased to announce an opening for a Customer Service Representative to assist one of our esteemed clients.
Location: DHA and Clifton
Shift: Night
Qualifications:
- Experience: 6 months to 2 years, preferably in an international call center.
- Education: Intermediate or higher.
- Skills: Exceptional English communication, persuasive abilities, and strong guidance skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform cold calls to international prospects.
- Guide leads to help them make informed decisions.
- Generate and manage qualified leads for follow-up and conversion.
Compensation: PKR 45,00 – 50,00 plus incentives and benefits.
