Job Description
Mars BPO is on the lookout for dynamic and enthusiastic Customer Sales Representatives to join our Medicare campaign. In this role, you will deliver exceptional customer service while achieving sales targets, playing a vital part in enhancing healthcare options for seniors and individuals with disabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage inbound and outbound calls related to Medicare sales.
- Provide clear explanations of Medicare plans, benefits, and coverage options.
- Guide customers in selecting the most appropriate plan.
- Meet individual and team sales targets effectively.
Salary & Benefits: PKR 50,00 – 70,00 plus performance-based commissions.
