Job Description
Midciti Hospital is looking for a dedicated Customer Support Representative to join our team. In this pivotal role, you will handle inquiries from prospective patients across various platforms, including chat and phone calls. Your responsibilities will involve resolving customer concerns and identifying potential clients to convert them into actual patients. Collaborating closely with our Social Media Marketing team is essential to ensure outstanding customer satisfaction.
The ideal candidate will possess 6 months to 1 year of customer service experience, excellent communication abilities, and proficiency in basic computer applications. A high school diploma is required, while a bachelor’s degree is preferred.
